April 13th to 15th at the RV, ATV and Fishing show at the Frank Lacroix Arena go to "info" for seat availibility. List of Dealers, Distributors and Vendors will be on "shows" when availible

April 16th to 20th at a Royal Canadian Legion at 9317 Huggard Street in Fort McMurray [Waterways] go to "info" for seat availibility.

April 23 to May 22nd in the Elkford area.

May 25th to May 27th at the Fort McMurray Gun and Sportsman Show at the Frank Lacroix Arena go to "info" to book and seat availibilty. Also list of Distributors and Vendors will be on "shows" when availible

May 28th to June 10th at a location to be identified by mid January go to "info" for seat availibility. These dates are tentative and will depend on demand. Requires six bookings per day average to cover expenses.

June 13th to June 20th in Elkford area

June 23rd and 24th at the Camrose Gun and Sportsman Show located at the Camrose Regional Exhibition. To book seats call Allan @ 403 742-5624 availibility is on "info" Also a list of Distributors & vendors will be on "shows"by the end of April.

CHALLENGE OUTLINE:

The challenge consists of the following steps;

The viewing of a short video outlining the background of the firearms regulations prior to writing the test. After the video the challenger may ask any questions they feel may be relevant.

The written test which consists of fifty questions relating to the firearms regulations and safety will then be given to the challenger.

A practical test to show the challenger is proficient in handling a firearm will be done.

The examiner will assist the applicants in filling out all relevant documentation to apply for a Possession and Acquisition License [PAL] and if the challenger wishes a photo will be taken to send with the application.

These challenges are given in a seminar fashion and if the challenger does not pass the challenge there is no charge to the challenger and they may come back after studying to try the challenge again.
